本土合资公司：合资公司领域，菲律宾采用负面清单制度，在负面清单涉及领域内，合资公司中外资持股不得超过40%，其他领域则允许外资持股超过限额甚至100%拥有。
代表处：外国公司在菲律宾设置代表处的目的是能够直接处理总公司在菲律宾的业务。所以法律不予许代表处直接从所在国获取利润。
分公司：分公司归属外国总公司，主要从事菲律宾本国市场业务发展。这种分公司执行总公司的业务，可以从分公司所在国获取利润。
